Use CASE as an app

CASE installs straight from your browser onto your phone or computer. There is nothing to download from an app store: it is the same site in its own window, always current. Sign in once inside the app and you stay signed in.

iPhone & iPad

  1. Open clearancesearchengine.com in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an up arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

  1. Open the site in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top corner.
  3. Tap Install app (on some phones, Add to Home screen).

Computer

  1. Open the site in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
  3. Click Install.

How the app behaves

  • It opens in its own full-screen window, with the CASE shield on your home screen or dock.
  • You sign in once inside the app and stay signed in.
  • It reopens to the last page you were viewing, so research picks up where it stopped. You can turn that off any time on your Account page.
  • It is the same site, kept current automatically. There is nothing to update.
