Use CASE as an app

CASE installs straight from your browser onto your phone or computer. There is nothing to download from an app store.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open clearancesearchengine.com in Safari.
  2. Press the Share button, the square with an arrow pointing up.
  3. Press Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android

  1. Open the site in Chrome.
  2. Press the menu button in the top corner.
  3. Press Install app. On some phones it reads Add to Home screen.

Computer

  1. Open the site in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Press the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
  3. Press Install. CASE opens in its own window.

How the app behaves

  • It is the same site, in its own full-screen window, with the CASE shield on your home screen or dock.
  • You sign in once inside the app and stay signed in.
  • It reopens to the last page you were reading, so research picks up where it stopped. You can turn that off at any time on your account page.
  • Pages you have already read stay readable when the connection drops.
  • It updates itself. There is no version to keep track of.

The record is also available programmatically through the Developer API, and inside your own assistant through the AI connector.
