Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
1. What this service is
This is a private research tool over decided, public U.S. security-clearance decisions. It summarizes, organizes, and counts what already happened in the public record. It is not affiliated with DOHA, DCSA, DoD, or the U.S. Government.
2. Not legal advice
Nothing here is legal advice, and using this site does not create an attorney–client relationship. The service describes past decided cases; it does not predict, score, or assess any pending or future case. Decisions about your own matter should be made by you, with help from a licensed attorney if you choose to consult one. See the Disclaimers page.
3. Accounts
Uploading documents requires an account. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see §5).
4. Your uploads
You may upload only documents you have the right to possess and share, typically your own Statement of Reasons. Uploads may contain information about other people; you are responsible for handling your documents lawfully. You keep all rights to what you upload; you grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it back to you. Retention and deletion work exactly as described in Privacy & Security (automatic deletion at 14 or 30 days; manual deletion anytime).
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service; do not upload malicious files; do not bulk-scrape at a rate that degrades it for others; do not misrepresent the service’s descriptive statistics as predictions or government positions.
6. Paid features
Prices are shown before purchase and payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers. If a purchased report fails to generate or process, we refund it. A refund revokes access to the refunded report. Billing questions go through the contact form.
7. The public record
The underlying decisions are public records published by the U.S. Government. Our summaries, standardized data, and analyses are our own work product, provided for research use with attribution.
8. No warranties; limits on liability
The service is provided “as is.” Accuracy procedures are described in About & Methodology, but we do not warrant that any summary or statistic is error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes; contact
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Questions about these terms go through the contact form.
