Tell us what you need
Three ways in. Whichever you pick, nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.
Ask about anything: how the process works, a letter you have received, a Statement of Reasons, or your own circumstances. Attach the document if you have one. A CASE analyst reads it and writes back.
- Answered by a person, never returned automatically
- Comparable decided cases with similar facts, and how they came out
- Grounded in the governing directives and the decided record, every source cited
- Anything you upload is encrypted, private to your account, and deletable at any time
Holding a Statement of Reasons? Send it securely here and we compare it against decided cases charged under the same guidelines.
If you need it sooner. Say so when you write. We will tell you what expedited handling would involve before any work begins, and you decide from there.
A recurring research workflow over the whole record: comparable client matters ranked by how closely the allegations match, how your assigned judge has ruled, counsel history, appeal treatment, saved matters, alerts, and cited exports.

What the subscription covers · details
Find comparable client matters. Decisions ranked by how closely their allegations match the matter in front of you, with outcome and credited mitigation surfaced.
Review judge-specific patterns. How the Administrative Judge assigned to your matter has ruled, guideline by guideline, and what they have credited.
Review appeal treatment. How the Appeal Board has handled similar issues, and how often each side’s appeals succeeded in the record.
Query the filtered record. Filter to the relevant issue set, then ask a research question answered from those exact cases, with citations.
All output is sourced to the public record and cited; none of it is advice or a prediction. Renewal may be cancelled at any time from the account page.
Rather talk first? Tell us about your practice and we will set you up, including on terms that differ from the two above where that makes sense. Ask for a walkthrough or review the sample workflow first.
The reading tier is free and always will be: search, statistics, and every decision since 1996. Beyond that, structured analysis, exports, monitoring, and the API are set up person by person. For teaching, scholarship, and public-interest work, that usually means no charge at all.
- Everything in Professional, applied to research use
- The API: case search, case detail, and outcome statistics as JSON, with quota suited to the project
- Tell us your role, your institution, and your project. An institutional email address makes verification quicker.
We usually reply within one to two business days.
