Counsel in the record
The lawyers on both sides of DOHA hearings, from the public record — everyone with five or more decided cases. Also see the Administrative Judges.
Department Counsel
The government's attorneys — the side presenting the case against clearance. Knowing who is across the table, and how their cases have run, is part of preparation.
Applicant attorneys
Attorneys who appeared for applicants in published decisions. A volume count is not a quality ranking: harder cases are often the ones that reach a hearing at all.
Names come from the decisions themselves. Counsel appear only where the published decision names them; outcomes reflect the whole case, not any one participant. Descriptive of decided public cases — never a prediction, a ranking, or advice.
