Foreign-ties decisions, by country

Foreign-influence cases (Guideline B) turn on a person’s ties to another country: family, property, contacts. These pages show how the decided record resolved cases involving each country. This is the record of decided cases, and nothing more: it says nothing about any nationality or community, and having ties to any country is not itself disqualifying.

Countries identified in 4,109 decided hearing-level Guideline B case mentions; countries under 25 cases are not listed. A case involving several countries counts under each one; the small number of records naming multiple countries in one field are excluded rather than guessed.
