At the hearing, Department Counsel moved to withdraw this allegation (1.j). auto loan charged off for $33,044, and judgment entered for $18,998. Applicant testified that he reached out to the creditor, who wanted a lump-sum payment that he could not afford (1.k). credit-card account past due for $659. Applicant testified that he had only one credit-card account with this lender, and he believes that this is the same debt as alleged in SOR 1.e (1.l).
